Indoor platform

Shao-Wen is doing a survey about electronic wheelchairs in Taiwan. He suggested that we could select an electronic scooter which is more like a bike with built-in front light, turning signals and rotatable seat. It might be helpful in system design. He will show us much more details later.

Your suggestions are welcome.

A bike with two wheels? Wouldn't that fall easily / be hard to program?
Rotatable seat?

Do you mean something like this?

The ones with joysticks should be easier to modify.

Yes, it's like a bike with more wheels.
With a rotatable seat, we can easily modify the robot to have more interactions with people.
I think that it would be helpful in system design and implementation.

Now I'm waiting for a menu from a friend working in Chang Gung Hospital to get more information such as price and details about electronic scooters.
I think he could have discount prices.
